MOVEMENT MONDAY
Mondays @ 11am
​Full body workout, using the traditional Pilates mat repertoire.
TABATA TUESDAY
Tuesdays @ 10:30am
​Low impact cardio challenge, combining traditional Pilates exercises with a tabata format (8 sets of 20 second intervals) to challenge endurance and strength.
THURSDAY STRETCH CLASS
Thursdays @ 10:30am
Full body stretch class. No props necessary, unless you would like to use yoga blocks or a yoga strap/stretch band.
FRIDAY CARDIO CIRCUIT
Fridays @ 11am
Low impact cardio challenge, combining the traditional Pilates repertoire, classic aerobic exercises, and a timer.
